212° of Service!

This week the London Convention Centre staff will be taking steps to further improve the already stellar service offered to clients and guests.

While we regularly receive positive feedback for our services, we believe that there is always an opportunity to further notch up our service to provide those in our building with an experience that far exceeds their expectations.

With the launch of CONNECT. SHARE. PLAY. We are focused on creating the ultimate experience for both our customers and employees. To achieve this we are bringing employees workshops designed to enrich our service culture.

Laurie Hawkins will be joining us at the LCC to share the concept of 212° of Service with our staff.

So what does 212° of Service mean? “At 211 degrees water is hot. At 212 degrees, it boils. With boiling water comes steam and steam can power a locomotive! And ... IT’S THAT ONE EXTRA DEGREE that makes all the difference in the world” Mac Anderson.

We have a great team and each person is critical to our continued success. This is our time to move that one extra degree and serve our team and customers in a new and exciting way.
