Well we did it. We've been designing and reviewing and re-designing and reviewing and...well, you get the idea. Eventually we got it right! The London Convention Centre is excited to launch our new website and our amazing new logo! They’re fresh, modern and represent everything that is great about the LCC.  The site is easy to navigate, looks stunning and has everything you need to plan your event, whether you're new to the process or a seasoned pro.

But aesthetics aside, for us, this is not just about the launch of a new look. It's the launch of new experiences and a new way of thinking about events. It's the other three R's: Rejuvenation, Renewal and Revitalization.

The London Convention Centre is extremely proud of our commitment to customer service, the high standards we place on making sure that our client's needs are always met, and the professionalism with which we achieve these standards. (insert yawn here...) 

Sure, everyone claims to offer those things and don't get me wrong, they are extremely important standards to maintain and we always strive to do so. But they are just words until they are actually experienced. Talk the talk, walk the walk.

An event isn't just about the logistics and the service. It should be about so much more. And so we thought it was time to introduce a fresh way of thinking about your event...

Well, what the heck does that mean?  While the LCC always goes above and beyond to ensure your event goes smoothly and you get the incredible service we are known for, we also want your event to be an EXPERIENCE.

We want you to Connect with your guests, colleagues, team, friends, family - whomever they may be. We want you to Share knowledge and ideas and skills.  And we want everyone to have a good time doing it. Play. Enjoy the event, enjoy time with friends and colleagues and even enjoy a little time out of the office.
