Christmas Dinner for St. Paul's Cathedral

On December 15th, 2011, Executive Chef David Van Eldik and his dedicated culinary team prepared and carved over 300lbs of turkey to help provide St. Paul's Cathedral with a Christmas Meal for a number of homeless and less fortunate individuals.
