Breakfast of Champions is hosted by St. Joseph’s Health Care Foundation in partnership with CMHA Thames Valley Addiction and Mental Health Services. It is the largest and longest-running event of its kind in Southwestern Ontario, raising awareness and funds for mental health care in our region. Since 2007, the event has contributed to a greater awareness and understanding of topics related to mental health and wellness. The event is a celebration of those making great strides to advance mental health in London and surrounding region. Proceeds will support mental health care programs through St. Joseph's Health Care Foundation.
